The Logan Team is more than just a team of real estate professionals! We are a group of mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, and community leaders who share a passion for helping people with their real estate needs. Our friendship and team camaraderie is one of the reasons we have remained an elite real estate service provider since 2003.
Combined, we have 30 years of experience and have completed over 800 transactions in the Greater Nashville area. By pairing our high level of expertise with our deep roots and in-depth knowledge of the region, we are able to leverage your home and vision over that of our competitors.
Devon McFarland

Devon was raised in Memphis and attended the University of Tennessee. After graduating with a degree in Education, she taught school in Memphis for three years and Nashville when she moved here twelve years ago. Devon took some time off teaching after her two sons where born and has spent the last four years in Interior Design work.
Her husband, Mac McFarland, is a Commercial advisor for the Crichton Group where he sells property and causality insurance. Devon and her husband are proud parents of two boys - Mac and Charlie.
Devon recently joined the Logan team and is excited to be working with both sellers and buyers of all price ranges in the greater Nashville area!
Andrea Champion

Andrea was raised in Montgomery, Alabama and attended Rhodes College in Memphis. After graduating with a degree in Urban Studies, she moved to Nashville and began working with the Nashville Downtown Partnership. There, Andrea worked alongside downtown developers, property and business owners for 18 years.
In addition to working downtown, she also lived in downtown Nashville for over 15 years and has owned several condos as investment properties. Andrea is truly an urban Nashville specialist.
Andrea now lives in East Nashville with her husband and their two school-aged boys. They spend lots of time at their kids’ hockey, soccer and baseball games and enjoy taking advantage of everything the city of Nashville has to offer.

Sam was born and raised here in Nashville and has been extremely active in the real estate market since 2002, with a focus on higher-end homes. Sam works with all kinds of projects- rehabs, resales, and new construction. His passion stems from people and the friendships he gets to establish in this field.
Sam and his wife, both Ole Miss graduates, have 3 children who keep them at various tournaments and games just about every weekend throughout the year. When he isn't playing "Super Sports Dad," Sam enjoys working out and vacationing with his family. They just welcomed home their new Goldendoodle puppy- Nash!

Nerissa was raised in Nashville and recently moved from Michigan back to her southern roots. After graduating from UT Knoxville with a degree in Business and Marketing, Nerissa worked in television, pitching shows to networks and sharpening her negotiation skills. Later, she realized she had an eye for design and renovation, eventually leading to her establishing a career in real estate. Nerissa focuses on building lasting relationships, and providing unparalleled service to her clients.
She and her husband Joe have three daughters and enjoy being active outside. They love hiking, traveling, and watching football, especially the Michigan Wolverines where her husband played linebacker.
