Licensed Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship for all buyer and seller clients

  • Maintains the consistent lead follow-up and nurtures client relationships to generate sales

  • Lead the Client through Buyer and/ or Listing Consultations

  • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes

  • Creating searches, finding and showing homes that meet clients' criteria

  • Develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends.

  •  Effectively writes, reviews, presents, and negotiates contracts for clients

  • Works directly with the Contract to Close Coordinator to ensure all contract terms are completed

  • Works directly with marketing to develop content to promote your business and listings

 

Requirements:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship for all buyers

  • Finding homes and creating searches that meet clients' criteria

  • Develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends.

  •  Effectively write contracts and negotiates for all clients

  • Works directly with the Contract to Close Coordinator to accomplish necessary appraisals and inspections

  • Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.

Listing Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship for all sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into listing agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.

  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with For Sale By Owners and Expireds, maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell.

  • Develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends.

  • Provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale.

  • Works directly with the Contract to Close Coordinator to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning.

  • Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close. 

  • Evaluates showing feedback and re-evaluates pricing as needed.

  • Effectively negotiates for all sellers.

  • Must have current real estate license

Showing Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients

  • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent 

  • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes

  • Maintain contact with all buyers
